Error in Figure
In the original publication [1], there was a mistake in Figure 9 as published. This figure comprises three individual plots, each showing the dependency of fan pressure ratio and rotor power coefficient for different levels of tip velocity and ambient conditions in solid black lines. The shown correlation comes from analytically evaluating Equation (21) by a python code. When generating those plots in the original manuscript, the python script was erroneous, leading to a different sensitivity. This resulted in higher values of FPR at given cp and a different slope. This error was corrected and the three plots were re-generated, yielding more reasonable values of FPR at given cp, also being better in line with the data shown in Table 1. Note that the dashed lines showing the values for the work coefficient were not affected. The corrected Figure 9 appears below. The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.

Fan pressure ratio (FPR) (solid lines) and work coefficient (ψ) (dashed lines) over power coefficient for different open configurations listed in Table 1 (left: PROP-ADAPT; middle: CROR; and right: PROP-SR3).
