Journal History

2017	The inaugural issue was released. Vision was published as a quarterly journal.
2018	Vision announced the first edition of the Travel award.
2019	Vision was indexed in Scopus (Elsevier), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1). Vision was indexed in PubMed Central (PMC)—National Library of Medicine (NLM), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
2021	Vision established the following sections: Retinal Function and Disease; Visual Neuroscience.
2024	Vision was indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)—Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), starting with Volume 6 (Issue 1).
