Ethical Leadership and Organizational Resilience in the Age of Digital Transformation

This special issue belongs to the section “Systems Practice in Social Science“.

Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

In an era marked by rapid technological evolution, the dual pillars of ethical leadership and organizational resilience have become crucial for navigating the challenges and opportunities presented by digital transformation. This Special Issue seeks to explore the transformative role of universities in cultivating future leaders by equipping them with ethical frameworks and resilience strategies. Emphasizing the integration of digital competencies and ethical considerations in higher education curricula, this Special Issue will examine how educational institutions can foster a leadership culture that promotes sustainable practices and adaptability in the face of technological disruptions.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, ethical decision-making in AI integration, the role of leadership in fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity, and the impact of digital ethics on organizational sustainability. Contributions should highlight the systemic nature of these processes within the context of systems engineering and management, addressing the holistic and interconnected elements essential for leading in a digitally transformed world.
