2016 The inaugural issue was released. Philosophies was published as a quarterly journal.
2018 Philosophies established the following section: 
- Virtues.
2020 Philosophies was indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)—Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
2021 Philosophies was indexed in Scopus—Elsevier, starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
2022 Philosophies adopted a bimonthly publication schedule.
Philosophies received its first CiteScore (2021) of 0.9.
The International Society for the Study of Information (IS4SI) became affiliated to Philosophies.
2023 Philosophies received its first Impact Factor (0.9).
Philosophies received its CiteScore (2022) of 1.1, ranked 161/762 in "Philosophy" and 65/208 in “History & Philosophy of Science”.
2024 Philosophies received its 2023 Impact Factor (0.6).
Philosophies received its 2023 CiteScore (1.3).
2025 Philosophies received its 2024 Impact Factor (0.7).
Philosophies received its 2024 CiteScore (1.4).
Philosophies co-organized the 1st international online conference:
Intelligent Inquiry into Intelligence—Contributing to the 2025 IS4SI Summit on 10–14 June 2025, virtual.
2026 The year 2026 marks the 10th Anniversary of Philosophies.
