Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

This Special Issue aims to highlight recent advances in the understanding and management of demyelinating and neuroinflammatory disorders, including multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder, MOG-antibody–associated disease, and related conditions. We welcome contributions ranging from basic mechanisms of immune-mediated injury and remyelination to clinical research addressing diagnosis, prognosis, and therapeutic strategies. Clinical topics of interest include disease phenotyping, differential diagnosis, treatment sequencing, long-term safety and efficacy of disease-modifying therapies, and management of special populations (pediatric, pregnancy, and elderly patients). We also encourage submissions on biomarkers, advanced imaging, digital monitoring, and patient-centered outcomes such as quality of life and comorbidities. Pragmatic trials, real-world data, and multidisciplinary approaches to care are highly relevant. By bridging the bench and bedside, this Special Issue seeks to foster innovation that translates into improved care and outcomes for individuals with demyelinating and neuroinflammatory diseases.

Manuscript Submission Information

Manuscripts should be submitted online at www.mdpi.com by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website.
