2011	Hematology Reports was indexed in PubMed and PubMed Central. Hematology Reports was indexed in Scopus (Elsevier), starting with Volume 3 (Issue 1).
2012	Hematology Reports adopted a quarterly publication schedule.
2015	Hematology Reports was indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)—Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
2022	Hematology Reports has been published by MDPI from Volume 14, Issue 1 (2022).
2023	Hematology Reports received its CiteScore (2023) of 1.1, ranked 102/129 in “Hematology”. Hematology Reports received its first Impact Factor (0.9), ranked 83/97 in “Hematology”.
