2020	The inaugural issue was released. Hemato was published as a quarterly journal.
2023	Hemato was indexed in Scopus (Elsevier), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1). Hemato was indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)—Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1). Hemato announced the first edition of the Travel Award.
2024	Hemato received its first CiteScore (2023) of 1.3. Hemato received its first Impact Factor (0.9).
