Best Paper Award

The Diversity Best Paper Award is granted annually to highlight publications of high quality, scientific significance, and extensive influence. The evaluation committee members choose four articles of exceptional quality that were published in the journal the year before the previous year and announce them online by the end of June.

The Prize:
– Three research articles and one review will be selected.
– One review award: CHF 500 and the chance to publish a paper, free of charge, in Diversity in 2024.
– Three research article awards:

  •   Rank 1: CHF 500 and the chance to publish a paper, free of charge, in Diversity in 2024;
  •   Rank 2: CHF 300 and the chance to publish a paper, free of charge, in Diversity in 2024;
  •   Rank 3: CHF 200 and the chance to publish a paper, free of charge, in Diversity in 2024.
Each winner will also receive a certificate.

Eligibility and Requirements

– All papers published in the journal will be eligible (both regular and Special Issue submissions).

Selection Criteria

– Scientific merit and broad impact;
– Originality of the research objectives and/or the ideas presented;
– Creativity of the study design or uniqueness of the approaches and concepts;
– Clarity of presentation;
– Citations and downloads.
