Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that usually cause mild-to-moderate upper-respiratory tract illnesses in humans. This Section covers all and any aspects related to coronavirus infections and disease, including virus–host interactions, viral infection, transmission, pathogenesis, antivirals, vaccines, neutralizing antibodies, immunity, innate and adaptive immune responses, prophylactics, therapeutics, reverse genetics, reporter viruses, and animal models.
