The Swiss Society of Cardiac Surgery (SGHC) was established in 1986 and primarily consists of physicians practicing in Switzerland in the field of cardiac surgery. The society is committed to the fundamental ethical principles of medical practice, monitors the quality of professional activity, and safeguards the professional and economic interests of physicians in general and of cardiac surgeons in particular.

Swiss Society of Perfusion (SSoP)

The Swiss Society of Perfusion (SSoP) is the professional association for clinical perfusionists in Switzerland. We are the point of contact for hospitals, government agencies, supernational organizations, and private individuals for any questions related to this profession. We support the training of Swiss cardiac technicians and the university degree program.
