About Cardiovascular Medicine
Aims
Cardiovascular Medicine (ISSN 1664-204X) is an international, open access, peer-reviewed journal that is dedicated to advancing knowledge in the field of cardiovascular medicine. The journal’s primary focus is on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, highlighting the collaborative approach of the interdisciplinary “heart team”. It publishes original research articles, reviews, clinical guidelines, technical “how to” articles, case reports, communications, and expert commentaries. All submissions are peer-reviewed by experts to ensure scientific quality and clinical relevance.
With its strong Swiss foundation and international reach, Cardiovascular Medicine aims to serve as an important platform for interdisciplinary exchange in cardiovascular care.
