and - Institutional Review Board Statement: No ethical approval was required, since the samples were collected during public health surveillance and the subsequent analyses were conducted within established public health practice. Nevertheless, the study was approved by the Ioannina University Hospital Ethics Committee (reference number 604 and acceptance date 2 July 2024). To ensure patient anonymity, all the samples were coded with a laboratory identification number.
