The Luxembourg meeting is the fourth meeting of the NutRedOx COST Action (CA16112), which started on 29 March 2017. The “NutRedOx” network focuses on the impact of redox active compounds in food on healthy ageing, chemoprevention and redox control in the context of major age-related diseases. The NutRedOx network gathers together researchers from 39 countries across Europe and beyond and from different disciplines that are involved in the study of biological redox active food components that are relevant to the ageing organism, its health, function and vulnerability to disease. The success of this fourth NutRedOx COST event, in terms of high-end science and efficient organization, is attributable to the efforts of the Recherches Scientifiques Luxembourg asbl.
This proceedings book is based upon work from COST Action NutRedOx-CA16112 supported by COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology).
