1. Retraction Resulting from a Reader’s Complaint

The journal retracts the article “Combined Effects of Artificial Surface and Urban Blue-Green Space on Land Surface Temperature in 28 Major Cities in China” [1], cited above.
Following publication, concerns were brought to the publisher’s attention regarding some similarities with a previously published manuscript [2], produced by a different authorship group.
Following our standard process, an investigation was conducted by the Editorial Office and Editorial Board that confirmed the significant overlap in structure and the visual presentation of figures/diagrams between the above-mentioned articles [1,2]. As a result, the Editorial Board has decided to retract this publication [1] as per MDPI’s retraction policy (https://www.mdpi.com/ethics (accessed on 1 January 2025)).
This retraction was approved by the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Remote Sensing.
The authors have no comments and agreed to this retraction.
