Travel Award

The Molbank Travel Award was launched in 2024, and it is presented annually to encourage junior scientists to share their latest research at academic conferences in the field of synthetic chemistry and natural product chemistry, helping to enhance their professional profile. The application process is open from May to November every year, and the winners are announced by the end of January the following year.

Prize:
– CHF 800;
– A certificate.

Eligibility and Requirements

– Postdoctoral fellow or PhD student;
– Plans to attend an international conference in 2026 (oral presentation or poster).

List of Documents for Application

– Information about conference applicant is planning to attend and abstract that will be submitted;
– Curriculum Vitae and list of publications;
– Justification letter describing focus of research (max. 800 words);
– Letter of recommendation from supervisor, research director, or department head, which also confirms applicant’s status.
