Announcements

With the rise of artificial intelligence technology, its applications in the medical field have rapidly expanded, opening up numerous innovative approaches and practical directions for disease diagnosis and treatment. We are pleased to introduce several selected highly cited papers and hot topic Special Issues on the topic of machine learning and artificial intelligence, published in the Journal of Clinical Medicine (JCM, ISSN: 2077-0383). We warmly invite readers to read and download these articles.

These publications have extensively covered multiple sections, including respiratory medicine, orthopedics, ophthalmology, critical care medicine, infectious diseases, clinical pediatric, and cardiovascular medicine. Through interdisciplinary exploration and integration, we believe these studies provide highly valuable references for clinical medicine.

Furthermore, with the support of the Section Editor-in-Chief, Dr Carlos Escobar, we launched a new Section “Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in Clinical Medicine” in 2025. To enrich the academic content of this Section and advance frontier research, we welcome Special Issue proposals.
