Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Framework for Traffic Safety Analysis

Dear Colleagues,
Today, traffic accidents remain the leading cause of preventable deaths globally. Classical traffic safety analyses typically rely on precise numerical data; however, in the real world, driver behavior, road conditions, weather, and emergency response processes involve uncertainty, incomplete information, and human-centered ambiguity.
This Special Issue aims to present a new paradigm in traffic safety analysis by combining Fuzzy Set Theory with Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods. Our goal is to develop more resilient, explainable, and implementable decision support systems under conditions of uncertainty.

Manuscript Submission Information

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-anonymized peer-review process. Future Transportation is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
