Conservation (ISSN 2673-7159) is an internationally peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary scholarly and electronically open access journal, aiming at providing a premium forum for both empirical and theoretical research with significant implications for conservation in both natural and social sciences and for explorations of the multiple linkages between human society and nature.
Conservation publishes comprehensive reviews, original scientific research articles, communications, case reports, letters, commentaries, and/or other perspectives in English. We welcome submissions—across interdisciplinary fields—that advance conservation practices as well as scientific understandings and are devoted to providing a global forum for practitioners and scholars to disseminate their research to all the intended audiences and further contribute to the biological, sociological, ethical, and economic and other transdisciplinary dimensions of conservation.

MDPI Publication Ethics Statement
Conservation is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). MDPI takes the responsibility to enforce a rigorous peer-review together with strict ethical policies and standards to ensure to add high quality scientific works to the field of scholarly publication. Unfortunately, cases of plagiarism, data falsification, inappropriate authorship credit, and the like, do arise. MDPI takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously and our editors are trained to proceed in such cases with a zero tolerance policy. To verify the originality of content submitted to our journals, we use iThenticate to check submissions against previous publications. MDPI works with Publons to provide reviewers with credit for their work.
