Chemosensors was indexed in Scopus (Elsevier), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
Chemosensors announced the first edition of the Travel Award.

Chemosensors was indexed in Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE)—Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
Chemosensors announced the first edition of the Outstanding Reviewer Award.

2020

Chemosensors received its first Impact Factor (3.108).
Chemosensors received a CiteScore (2019) of 3.8.
Chemosensors announced the first edition of the Young Investigator Award.
Chemosensors announced the first edition of the Best Paper Award.
Chemosensors established the following sections:
-Electrochemical Devices and Sensors;
-Optical Chemical Sensors;
-Materials for Chemical Sensing;
-Applied Chemical Sensors.

2021

Chemosensors adopted a monthly publication schedule.
Chemosensors published its 500th paper.
Chemosensors received an Impact Factor (2020) of 3.398; the 5-year Impact Factor was 3.82.
Chemosensors received a CiteScore (2020) of 3.9.
The first International Electronic Conference on Chemical Sensors and Analytical Chemistry was held on Sciforum on 1–15 July 2021.

Chemosensors published its 1,000th paper.
Chemosensors received an Impact Factor (2021) of 4.229, the category “Instruments & Instrumentation” in Q1.

2023

The year 2023 marks the 10th Anniversary of Chemosensors.
