Technical Applications of Oral Health and Clinical Dentistry

Dear Colleagues,

Oral health plays a vital role in the health of the body and is intimately associated with human well-being. The increasing development of dental clinical advanced technology provides the public with more reliable treatment options that can aid in the achievement of optimal oral health. This Special Issue focuses on the latest technical advancements in the field of clinical dentistry and oral health, including, but not limited to, advanced clinical technologies, the application of innovative biomaterials, therapeutic methods and new drugs, and special case studies and how they are applied in order to improve oral health.

The manuscripts submitted to this Special Issue should address the following topics:

The Special Issue invites researchers in the dental field to submit original manuscripts addressing any of the above-mentioned topics, and jointly provide novel ideas for promoting the development of clinical dental technology and human oral health.

Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Applied Sciences is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
