Food Allergy

This section of Allergies aims to rapidly publish contributions on all aspects of food allergy. We encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. Therefore, we encourage the submission of original research, reviews, and communications covering clinical, experimental, and epidemiological findings and treatment strategies for food allergy disease and health promotion as well as insights into the molecular mechanisms involved. There is no restriction on the maximum length of the papers.
