Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
Supply chains are forced to look for new concepts and ideas influencing, for example, the minimization of costs, improvement of quality of services provided, reduction of harmful impact on the environment, and improvement of customer service. The emerging systems from these competing supply chain needs are standardized management systems. These systems contain a set of solutions conducive to accelerating technical and organizational progress, reducing production costs, improving customer service, and eliminating barriers to trade and functioning on international markets. Standardized management systems and supply chain management have convergent goals and common priorities.
Considering the above, this Special Issue looks for outstanding research and development results, case studies, and review papers in topics that include but are not limited to the following:
- Financial liquidity;
- Green supply chain management;
- Group purchasing organizations;
- ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 50001, and ISO 22000;
- Management systems and improving SCM;
- Quality management.
- Sustainability in supply chain management.
Thank you for your contribution.
