Administrative Sciences 2023 Best Paper Award
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce the “Administrative Sciences 2023 Best Paper Award” for research and review articles published in Administrative Sciences in 2021. One review and one research article will receive an award each. The papers will be selected after thorough evaluation by the journal Award Committee led by the Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr. Isabel-María Garcia-Sanchez.
Eligibility for the Award:
– Papers published in Administrative Sciences from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021;
– Open to all career levels;
– Both regular and Special Issue submissions will be considered.
Selection Criteria:
The papers will be selected by the journal Award Committee according to the following criteria:
– Scientific merit and broad impact;
– Originality of the research objectives and/or the ideas presented;
– Creativity of the study design or uniqueness of the approaches and concepts;
– Clarity of presentation;
– Citations and downloads.
Prizes:
– One review award: CHF 500 and a chance to publish a free paper in Administrative Sciences by the end of May 2024;
– One research article award: CHF 500 and a chance to publish a free paper in Administrative Sciences by the end of May 2024;
– Each winner will also receive an electronic certificate.
The winners will be announced on the journal website in 31 May 2023.

Administrative Sciences 2022 Outstanding Reviewer Award
Dear Colleagues,

– 500 Swiss francs;
– An opportunity to publish a paper in Administration Sciences free of charge by the end of May 2024;
– An electronic certificate.
When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be announced on 31 May 2023 on the journal website.

Administrative Sciences 2019 Young Investigator Award
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce that the winner of the 2019 Administrative Sciences Young Investigator Award is Dr. Michael C. Withers.
Dr. Michael C. Withers is an Associate Professor of management and the Gina and Anthony Bahr (’91) Professor in Business in the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He received his Ph.D. in strategic management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2011. His research interests include corporate governance, director selection and mobility, and the management of resource dependencies through the board of directors. Dr. Withers has produced impactful top-quality work at a prolific pace in many international journals. His work has accrued almost 2300 citations (Google Scholar).
As the awardee, Dr. Michael C. Withers will receive an honorarium of 1000 CHF, an offer to publish a paper free of charge without a fixed deadline in Administrative Sciences after peer-review, and an engraved plaque.
We would like to thank all the nominators from various fields of study for their participation and all the Award Committee Members for their evaluation of the abundant excellent nominations.

Virginia Fani, a PhD Student from University of Florence. Her work will be presented at the Winter Simulation Conference 2019, USA, December 8–11, 2019.
