2019	MTI was indexed in Scopus (Elsevier), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
2020	MTI received its first CiteScore (2019) of 2.1.
2021	MTI adopted a monthly publication schedule. MTI was indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)—Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), starting with Volume 3 (Issue 1). MTI received its 2020 CiteScore (3.7).
2022	MTI received its 2021 CiteScore (4.5).
2023	MTI received its first Impact Factor (2.5). MTI received its 2022 CiteScore (4.3). MTI announced the first edition of the Best PhD Thesis Award. MTI announced the first edition of the Best Paper Award.
2024	MTI received its 2023 Impact Factor (2.4), ranked 14/32 in "Cybernetics". MTI received its 2023 CiteScore (4.9). MTI announced the 2023 Best Paper Award.
2025	MTI received its 2024 Impact Factor (2.4), 5-Year Impact Factor (2.7). MTI received its 2024 CiteScore (5.8).
