Meet Us at The Sixth Offshore Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage Forum, 23–25 October 2026, Wuhan, China
Conference: The Sixth Offshore Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage Forum
Date: 23–25 October 2026
Location: Wuhan, China
MDPI will attend the Sixth Offshore Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage Forum as an exhibitor. We warmly invite researchers and professionals to visit our booth, connect with our delegates, and exchange the latest scientific insights.
The forum aims to facilitate in-depth discussions on foundational theoretical innovations in OCCUS, cutting-edge technological advancements, and land–sea coordination mechanisms. It will focus on safe, long-term carbon storage technologies in geological formations, explore new pathways for efficient carbon resource utilization through “land–sea coordination and cluster-based collaborative development”, and examine new ideas for the integrated development of OCCUS and offshore new energy. The forum seeks to fully stimulate innovation-driven productivity in the marine economy and promote the coordinated, high-quality development of the blue economy and green low-carbon initiatives.
Conference topics:
- OCCUS Industry Economic Development Models and New Quality Productive Forces;
- Offshore Carbon Capture, Utilization and Transportation: From Fundamental Research to Industrial Application;
- Marine Geological Carbon Storage: Theory, Technology, and Site Selection Assessment;
- OCCUS Environmental Impact Assessment, Monitoring, and Regulation;
- OCCUS Standards, Policies and Regulations, and International Cooperation;
- Offshore Carbon Transport and Ocean Shipping Carbon Management and Accounting;
- Multi-Energy Synergistic Innovation in Offshore Carbon Capture Technology.
The following MDPI journals will be represented at the conference:
- C- Journal of Carbon Research;
- Journal of Marine Science and Engineering (JMSE);
- Gases;
- Biosphere;
- Advances in Carbon Neutrality.
