Cover Story: The 3rd International Online Conference on Clinical Medicine (IOCCM 2025) was held online from 17 to 19 November 2025. Clinical medicine is essential for improving patient care and addressing evolving healthcare challenges through evidence-based practice and innovation. Recent advances in diagnostics, treatment strategies, and multidisciplinary clinical research have increased the need for international scientific exchange. The primary aim of IOCCM 2025 was to provide a global platform for researchers and healthcare professionals to present recent findings and discuss current trends in clinical medicine. Key topics included cardiology and cardiovascular medicine, nephrology and urology, emergency medicine, nuclear medicine and radiology, general surgery, clinical rehabilitation, pulmonology, and anesthesiology.
