Abstract

The conference is aimed to provide an international forum for researchers, academics, people in industry, and students to address recent research results and to present and discuss their ideas, theories, technologies, systems, tools, applications, works in progress and experiences on all theoretical and practical issues arising in telecommunications, electronics, signal processing and applications, information technologies, energy, automotive and industrial engineering.

1. Introduction

The sixth edition of the International Conference on Communications, Information, Electronic and Energy Systems (CIEES 2025) was held in hybrid mode at the University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev”, Ruse, Bulgaria, from 26 to 28 November 2025.
The CIEES 2025 Conference is the premier international forum dedicated to advancing the understanding of the current state and future evolution of science and technology through the lens of telecommunications, information technologies and artificial intelligence, power systems & smart cities, energy and renewable sources, automotive and industrial engineering, smart telecommunications, industry and services, electronics, power electronics and EMC, and many other related disciplines. It is a venue where researchers, academics, industry professionals, and students come together to present and discuss progress in research, development, standards, and applications across these diverse areas.

2. Program and Speakers

The technical program of this year’s edition of the conference features two distinguished keynote speakers, both world-renowned experts in their fields, with their plenary lectures as follows:
  • Prof. Dimiter Ialnazov, PhD, Kyoto University, Japan, the title of the lecture “The Energy Transition in Japan: Current Situation and Future Prospects”;
  • Assoc. Prof. Kuanish Alipbayev, PhD, Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications, Almaty, Kazakhstan, the title of the lecture “Multifunctional Robotic System for Sequential Assignment”;
In addition, we have prepared an engaging plenary program not only with presentations by respected university professors and academic speakers on visionary topics, but with an outstanding technical contribution from our Golden Sponsor, SUNOTEC Group, Bulgaria:
  • Vladimir Zinoviev, PhD, SUNOTEC Group, Bulgaria, the title of the lecture “Innovative Approach for BESS-based PV Power Integration”.
The technical program of the conference includes the plenary session as well as in-person and online technical sessions for research papers. The authors of the accepted papers who were unable to attend the conference in person were allowed to present their papers online and participate in an interactive virtual conference. Online presentations were conducted via the Zoom Meeting platform and were available for the opening ceremony, all conference sessions, and meetings.
