Dans ce travail, j’ai choisi de présenter la situation clinique de Vittoria, une petite fille ayant consulté le Service de Psychiatrie de l’Enfant et de l’Adolescent (SPEA) à l’âge de 3 ans en raison de troubles du comportement dans un contexte d’une séparation très conflictuelle de ses parents. La situation est prise en charge par un premier thérapeute qui effectue, parallèlement au diagnostic, des consultations thérapeutiques avec l’enfant et ses parents de même qu’un bilan psychologique. L’ensemble de son évaluation aboutit au diagnostic de trouble grave de la personnalité et conclut en une indication à une psychothérapie [...] Full article
