Error in Table
In the original publication [1], an incorrect version of Table 4 was published. The corrected version of Table 4 was inadvertently not attached during the final review process. The corrected Table 4 is provided below.

Spectral and molar-absorptivity reference values for anthocyanidin-3-O-glucosides in 0.025 M KCl buffer (pH 1.0, 25 °C).
The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.
