3′-methyl-2-oxo-1′,5′-diphenyl-1′,7′-dihydrospiro[indoline-3,4′-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine]-6′-carboxylic acid was synthesized using diverse conditions. The best reaction condition consisted of using water as solvent under microwave irradiation, affording product in 76% yield. View Full-Text
