Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

For some time now, institutions and governments all around the world have made numerous efforts to make our societies more diverse and inclusive. Nevertheless, the road that leads to a total equality situation is still long and unpredictable, and research on topics related to this minority group should be considered as mandatory if we really want to take this issue seriously. Being aware that people from this community can experience multiple disadvantages related to all fields of life, we welcome contributions from different approaches: criminal law, procedural law, criminology, teaching sciences or sociology. The aim of this Special Issue is to address a multidisciplinary vision of the LGBTIQ+ community in order to offer a holistic perspective. Submissions may include original research articles, comprehensive reviews or conceptual papers relating to the title.
