Journal History

2019	The inaugural issue was released in December. Prosthesis was published as a quarterly journal.
2021	Prosthesis was indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)—Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
2022	Prosthesis was indexed in Scopus (Elsevier), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
2023	Prosthesis received its first Impact Factor (3.4). Prosthesis received its first CiteScore (2022) of 4.8, ranked 22/146 in "Rehabilitation" and 13/60 in "Oral Surgery".
2024	Prosthesis adopted a bimonthly publication schedule.
2025	The Impact Factor increased to 4.5, ranked Q2 (24/55) in "Materials Science, Biomaterials".
2026	Prosthesis adopted a monthly publication schedule.
