World Hepatitis Day—“Hepatitis: Let’s Break It Down!”, 28 July 2026
Observed annually on 28 July, World Hepatitis Day raises awareness of viral hepatitis and the need for stronger global action to eliminate the disease. The 2026 theme, “Hepatitis: Let’s Break It Down!”, is a call to remove the barriers that stand between people and the services that can save their lives.
Reflecting this mission, MDPI journals in Medicine & Pharmacology support research and collaboration in infectious diseases, public health, therapeutics, and healthcare accessibility, contributing to global efforts towards the elimination of hepatitis.
