Best Paper Award
The deadline for the Nanomaterials Best Paper Award winner announcement has been extended. The winner will now be announced on 31 July 2026.
The Nanomaterials Best Paper Award is granted annually to highlight publications of high quality, scientific significance, and extensive influence. The evaluation committee members choose 3 research articles and 3 review articles of exceptional quality that were published in the journal the year before the previous year.
The Prize:
– 3 research articles and 3 review articles will be selected.
– The first prize (one research and one review article): CHF 500 each;
– The second prize (one research and one review article): CHF 300 each;
– The third prize (one research and one review article): CHF 200 each;
– A voucher to waive the Article Processing Charges (APCs) for one submission in the journal (subject to peer review)—valid for one year.
Eligibility and Requirements:
– All papers published in Nanomaterials will be eligible (both regular and Special Issue submissions).
Selection Criteria:
– Scientific merit and broad impact;– Originality of the research objectives and/or the ideas presented;
– Creativity of the study design or uniqueness of the approaches and concepts;
– Clarity of presentation;
– Citations and downloads.
