Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Applied Research in Medicine (DReAM)
DReAM is an interdisciplinary innovation laboratory founded in 2005 by the Local Health Authority (ASL) Lecce and the University of Salento. It provides a platform to explore different scientific areas (biology, biotechnology, biomedicine, physics, statistics, computer engineering and biomaterials, in addition to economic, political social and law sciences and humanities), fostering synergistic research on health-related topics. DReAM aims to translate knowledge obtained via research across various disciplines into practical applications in clinical settings.
