About Journal of CardioRenal Medicine

Aims

The Journal of CardioRenal Medicine (ISSN 3042-6987) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal. It publishes original articles, reviews, communications, and letters to the editor that examine the complex relationships between the heart and kidneys in physiology, pathophysiology, and clinical medicine.

Our aim is to involve more and more scientists in this fascinating field of research by publishing their experimental and theoretical manuscripts.

Scope

The journal covers all topics related to cardiorenal diseases. Fields of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Cardiorenal syndromes;
• Chronic heart failure and chronic kidney disease;
• Cardiorenalmetabolic syndrome;
• Hypertension and diabetes in relation to the abovementioned syndromes;
• Diagnostic techniques;
• Biomarkers;
• Pathophysiological mechanisms.
