2012 | BioTech, formerly Microarrays was launched and published as a quarterly journal. |
2016 | BioTech was indexed in PubMed in September 2016. |
2017 | BioTech was indexed in Scopus, and undergoes a scope update and a title change in July 2017, from Microarrays to High-Throughput. We aimed at widening the scientific coverage of the journal, which now covers bioinformatics and biostatistics, as well as drug discovery. |
2018 | BioTech announced the first edition of the Best Paper Award. |
2019 | BioTech held the first online Editorial Board meeting in October. Prof. Dr. Paolo Iadarola was appointed as Associate Editor in November. |
2020 | The journal’s name was changed from High-Throughput to BioTech. |
2021 | BioTech was indexed in Scopus (Elsevier), starting with Volume 10 (Issue 1). |
2023 | BioTech was indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)—Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), starting with Volume 10 (Issue 1). BioTech established the following section: Industrial Biotechnology |
