Upcoming Partner Conferences (1)
Timişoara, Romania
We are honored to announce the next edition of ProtStab, with a tradition spanning more than 30 years, organized at the Conference Center of the University Politehnica of Timisoara and considered of the highest importance among those supported by the European Society of Applied Biocatalysis (ESAB): https://esabweb.org/events.html.
The conference will address a wide range of topics related to protein stability and stabilization, including enzyme stabilization by immobilization, therapeutic enzymes, protein design using bioinformatics and molecular modelling, protein stability in domestic, cosmetic, food science, and nutraceuticals, and the industrial applications of enzymes.
An international panel of highly regarded invited speakers from academia, industry, and research institutions will present their most recent findings. In addition, shorter oral presentations will be selected by the International Scientific Committee, based on the abstracts submitted by participants. A poster session will also be held during the conference, providing an appropriate platform, particularly for young scientists, to present their work and increase its visibility, interact with colleagues from different countries and cultures, exchange and gain knowledge, and enhance their research skills.
The deadline for late abstract submissions for poster presentations (with publication in the Abstract Book) has been extended to 30 August. The Best Young Scientist Oral Presentation Award will be sponsored by the journal BioTech, and the Romanian Chemical Society will support the best poster presentation.
