THz Radiation Interaction with Matter and Novel THz Sources
This special issue belongs to the section “Optics and Lasers“.
Special Issue Information
Dear Colleague,
The scientific and technological developments in the field of THz radiation generation have considerably lowered the effort required in both producing and detecting electromagnetic fields at these frequencies. This has led to a strong increase in both scientific and technological applications.
This Special Issue aims at collecting recent developments in the field of THz radiation, with a focus on
1) application of THz radiation as a tool for materials' investigation
2) advances in the fundamental understanding on THz radiation interaction with matter
3) development or improvement of novel THz sources
