In submitting the proceedings of the 5th Conference on Sustainability in Civil Engineering (CSCE) to Engineering Proceedings, the volume editors of the proceedings certify to the publisher that all papers published in this volume have been subjected to peer review administered by the volume editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal.

All modified papers again underwent a strict scrutiny process, positive consent was taken from technical committee members for papers presenting major concerns to ensure their quality before being accepted.
