June 2024 - 27 articles

Cover Story: Polymer-infiltrated ceramic network (PICN) composites were prepared using direct ink writing, with the primary goal of studying the relationship between manufacturing geometry and mechanical properties. The mechanical properties were investigated through compression testing and digital image correlation analysis. The results revealed that the compression strength of PICN pieces was significantly higher than that of ceramic scaffolds without polymer infiltration. View this paper
