Missing Citation
In the original publication [1], Ref. [2] was not cited. The citation has now been inserted in Section 2, before Corollary 1, and a statement has been added, which reads: “A restricted version of Theorem 1 is given in [2], where it is defined only for q belonging to the set of positive integers.”
The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.
