Abstract

Erhitzen von Amiloridhydrochlorid (1 Hcl) in Acetatpuffer pH 4.6 führte zu Amiloridacetat (1AcOH), dem Pyrazindiamin 6 und dem Acylureid 7. Das Pteridinon 3 wurde beim Erhitzen von 1Hcl in DMF unter Rückfluß erhalten.
