Congratulations to the Authors for their method and result sections: these are well conducted and written

Only minor suggestions:

- pay attention to English grammar and syntax all over the manuscript
- try to shorten the Abstract and to make it more focused on the main aim and major results of your paper
- maybe also the title could be shorter and more focused
- about the use of supplements for MSK disease, I suggest the following reference (http://www.mltj.online/influence-of-supplements-and-drugs-used-for-the-treatment-of-musculoskeletal-disorders-on-adult-human-tendon-derived-stem-cells/) 
- line 262-265 I think are superflous and could be deleted

I reviewd a paper entitled  "Managing female athlete health: Auditing the representation of female versus male participants among research in supplements to manage diagnosed micronutrient issues” by Smith ES et al.

I think that this review is a good idea, well written and with good methodology.
