This paper [1] is an extension of the preliminary work presented in the 2019 IEEE International Symposium on Geoscience and Remote Sensing (IGARSS 2019) with DOI: 10.1109/IGARSS.2019.8900110. The IEEE IGARSS citation DOI: 10.1109/IGARSS.2019.8900110 was not available at the time doi:10.3390/rs11192327 was published. The change does not affect the scientific results.
