The journal retracts the article, “Linking Green Transformational Leadership to Employee Green Resilience: A Sequential Mediation Model of Environmental Commitment, Engagement, and Green HR Practices in Green Hotels” [1], as cited above.
Following publication, concerns were brought to the attention of the Editorial Office regarding a number of scientific concerns relating to the findings of this study [1].
In accordance with the journal’s standard editorial procedures, an investigation was conducted by the Editorial Office and Editorial Board, which confirmed several inconsistencies between conceptual model and empirical results presented. Given the scale and impact that these inconsistencies, the Editorial Board and authors have decided to retract this article [1] as per MDPI’s retraction policy.
This retraction was approved by the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal Sustainability.
The author did not provide a comment on this decision.
