In the published publication [1], there were two mistakes regarding the affiliations for Qian Zhou and Yufang Liu.
Qian Zhou was incorrectly listed as affiliation 2, while the correct affiliation should be 1.
Yufang Liu was incorrectly listed as affiliation 1; the correct affiliation should be 3, which was missing in the original publication and is now added as below:
“3 State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210000, China; liuyufang@js.sgcc.cn”
The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.
