Good work!

As noted in the paper, OSA is a multifactorial disorder.......treatment therefore cannot be a "one size fits all" approach.  Different treatments must be available for the different pathophysiological factors.  

This paper does an excellent job of describing the major anatomic and non anatomic factors, and then discussing the various surgical approaches based on those factors.  

There is nothing adverse that I can say about the paper.  Everything is well thought out and well-documented.

Ethics approval and patient consent are not applied because the article is a comprehensive review.
