- An analytical sample of the free base was obtained by flash chromatography on silica (1:1, petrol /ethyl acetate). Mp: 47°C and the structure confirmed by NMR: 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 0.45 (t, 6H), 1.072 (t, 12H), 1.24 (m, 4H), 2.42 (m, 2H), 2.59 (q, 8H), 2.85 (t, 4H), 3.97 (t, 4H), 6.89 (dd, 8H).
