MDPI will be attending the 71° Congresso Nazionale SIGG, from 25 to 28 November 2026, in Napoli, Italy. We welcome researchers from diverse backgrounds to visit our booth and share their latest ideas with us.

Organized by the Italian Society of Gerontology and Geriatrics (SIGG), together with the University of Naples Federico II, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Rome), and the University of Florence, this conference titled “The Longevity Village” will provide a space for reflection on the role of preventive geriatric care and active ageing in contemporary life—both as potential sources of health maintenance, social inclusion, and functional resilience, and as phenomena subject to transformation, contestation, and reinterpretation in the dynamic realities of the 21st century. Special attention will be given to issues inspired by geriatrics, public health, health equity, and community‑based preventive science.

As the official journal of the Italian Society of Gerontology and Geriatrics published by MDPI, the Journal of Gerontology and Geriatrics will be represented at the congress.
